Can I use Moqups for free?
Yes, you can use Moqups for free for as long as you want.
What credit cards or payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. Billing happens on the date of the subscription – each month or each year – depending on whether you choose a monthly or annual subscription.

What is a seat?
A seat is a paid user slot that provides edit rights to projects. Paid seats may be occupied by Team Members or Contributors.
Individual members within a team can take on a variety of roles: Admin, Manager, Member, and Reviewer. Admins, Managers, and Members all take up paid seats in the plan. Reviewers do not take up seats – unless they are granted edit rights.
There are also two kinds of outside collaborators that can have access to projects: Contributors can be granted editing rights and take up a seat, whereas Guests can only view and comment and do not.
How can I get an invoice?
You can download your invoices, and also choose to have future invoices sent to you by email:

Select the Payments tab
You’ll find your invoices (as PDFs) under Payment History
In the Next billing date section, toggle 'on' to receive invoices by email.

Is my data secure?
We understand the sensitive and proprietary nature of the projects that our customers create. As a result, we encrypt all our communication through SSL. All data is stored securely, and backed up regularly in multiple geographic locations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel a paid subscription, you need to downgrade to the Free Plan. Your payments will stop immediately, but your paid features will remain active till the end of that billing cycle:

How can I get a refund?
You can request a refund for 30 days after any transaction. If you qualify, just send us your request. Refunds normally take a couple of days to process.

The option to switch Admins and hand off the ownership of a Moqups account to another user is located in Dashboard → Account → Security → Change Account Admin.

What happens if I change plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and there are no hidden fees. If you downgrade, your subscription remains valid for the period you’ve already paid for. And, you can upgrade when you need to – and regain access to our paid features.
