How can I assign Admin privileges to another team member?

Admins are account-based. Each account has one Admin, who is also the admin for all teams, and the email contact for that account. You'll find the option to switch Admins – and hand off the account controls to another user – in Dashboard → Account → Security → Change Account Admin.
